Gopalkrishna Kulkarni
Gopal is a Mechanical Engineer
from IT-BHU, with a Post Graduate Degree in Management from
IIM – Bangalore. He joined GE Medical Systems in 1995.

Gopal has been one of the
first MBBs in GEMS South Asia. He has to his credit the success
of Six Sigma implementation in GE Medical Systems India. He
has himself completed over 10 projects and mentored over forty
projects. His experience of Six Sigma implementation is across
various functions like manufacturing, sales, service and customer
fulfillment. He has also trained over 50 Black Belts and Green
Belts. During his stint as a MBB in GEMS, Gopal was responsible
for savings amounting to more than a million dollars in the
first year of Six Sigma implementation. Gopal did a short stint with Msource Corporation
(Mphasis BPO) as the Vice President of Quality, leading their
Six Sigma implementation and was responsible for initiating
and training.
Currently, Gopal is the Managing
Director of Synagoge Knowledge Services and helps Synagoge
to reach its goal of customer value and satisfaction. He has in
the current role aided the management of a number of industries
in India towards successful Six Sigma implementation.

| Mahesh
Kumar
Mahesh is an Electronics &
Communication Engineer, having joined GE Medical Systems (GEMS)
in 1997. Mahesh is a graduate of the prestigious Operations
Management Leadership Program (OMLP) of GEMS. Mahesh was trained
in as a Blackbelt in GE by the finest Six Sigma professionals.
He is a certified Black Belt.

Mahesh moved on to be part of the team
to start the Six Sigma implementation of in Msource (Mphasis
BPO). After a brief stint with Msource, Mahesh moved on to
join Synagoge Knowledge Services as a Principal Consultant
for implementing Six Sigma across the various clients of Synagoge.
Currently, Mahesh is also a Director and had additional responsibility
of business development.
Mahesh has in the last
two years gained 1000+ hours of training and consulting experience,
mentored numerous projects from different industries. Some
of the industries he has worked are BPOs, Textiles, Financial,
HR, Telecom among others.

Nandakumar S
Nandakumar is a Graduate Electronics Engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in management from IIM Lucknow. He is a Director of Synagoge Knowledge Services. He has 15 Years of Operational experience in Sourcing, materials, Vendor development, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance including Leadership positions in organizations like GE medical Systems and Cognizant Technologies.

| He
was the Quality leader for Global Products group before he
moved up as the CFO of GE Medical Systems India. He was the
Six Sigma Champion for Cognizant Technology Solutions, which
is a $900M IT Services company employing about 22,000 people.
He is a certified Master Black Belt from
GE and has Significant operational experience in Finance,
Six Sigma and Manufacturing. He has also led World-Wide Six
Sigma deployment at Cognizant. Currently leads Perfint Engineering
Services.

Guruswamy K
Guruswamy is an Electronics & Communication Engineer from Anna University. Guru started his career in GE Medical Systems.

moved on to work for TVS Electronics before he joined Synagoge.
In a career spanning 15 years so far, Guru has been in various
roles in Sales and Quality Management (5S, Lean, BPMS, Six
Sigma, TQM ).
Guru is a certified Black Belt from GE Medical
Systems and has hands on experience of Six Sigma deployment
in transaction based processes. In his process quality leader
role at TVS, Guru has had direct experience in Lean, BPMS
and 5S.
His significant achievements in transaction
and process quality improvement include Cycle time reduction
collection, Increasing rate of order conversion and Turn around
time in customer facing processes.
