online Green Belt training program is similar to the regular
classroom training program. It has been designed to provide
a similar experience as the classroom experience by providing
interactive sessions.
The objective of this exercise would
be to:
- Train completely the Six Sigma methodology
- Create a platform for data oriented thinking
- Understand application of statistical tools and the
Six Sigma philosophy for processes cutting across functions
