- Help establish focus areas and goals for Six Sigma deployment
for clients
- Support change management within client organisations
- GB / BB project mentoring and project review
- Training client teams on DMAIC and/or DMADV methodologies
- Project leadership at client sites as and when required
- Business development and on time execution
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, tools
and applied statistics
- Experienced in Training & Mentoring of GB / BBs
- Experienced in strategising for Six Sigma deployment
and selection of projects
The BBs and MBBs, preferably Engineer-MBAs, who form a part
of this start up team and shall be our future leaders - will
have strong process & systems mindset, shall be known
for their integrity and values, will aggressively seek growth,
be self starters and shall be happy to be held accountable
for client success and organisational results.
Effective communication skills and significant understanding
of various business processes would be critical to help clients
realize benefits. As such we are looking for candidates with
multi functional experience (Min 5 years for BBs and 8 years
for MBBs) in organisations that have successfully deployed
such strategies.
Successful candidates would be offered attractive compensation
package including a large performance bonus and shall be eligible
to a share in the future wealth of the organisation.
Engineer-MBAs with 2-3 years of operations experience shall
be considered for associate positions and shall be groomed
to take on BB roles.
